- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoons oil or ghee

- 2 cups water

- Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)


Instructions:


1. Heat oil or ghee in a large pan over medium heat.

2. Add onions, garlic, and ginger paste. Cook until onions are translucent.

3. Add chicken and cook until browned.

4. Add curry powder, turmeric, chili powder (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix well.

5. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is cooked through.

6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped cilantro (if desired).
